Genera Lynx d.o.o was founded in Ljubljana, SI.
Development of the first ComBox energy and gas data loggers.

2003

Development of the Energetika.NET energy portal.
Development of the WebControl network data service for remote energy and other objet metering; we receive the Gold award for innovation – GSZ OZLJ.

2004

Development of the GEMA energy management information system.
Development of the GEMA.R railway energy management information system.

2005

Development of the GsmBox GPRS device for remote energy metering.

2006

Finalist of the “Most entrepreneurial idea” in the young innovative companies category.
Development of the GEMA.PLIN gas management information system.

2008

Investment venture capital enters the company.
Reshaping into a limited company and renaming the company Solvera Lynx.

2010

Separation of the Energetika.NET energy portal into an independent company and entrance of the Montel Norwegian partner.

2013

Iskra Zaščite d.o.o. buys the majority share of the company.

2014

Solvera Lynx is among the first to begin developing the LoRaWAN protocol.

2015

Zorn Plus d.o.o. becomes majority owner.
Solvera Lynx becomes a member of the LoRa Alliance.

2016

The ComBox.L device is among the first to receive the LoRaWAN certificate.

2017

Solvera Lynx Company from a public limited company has transformed into a limited company.

2017

Solvera Lynx acquired 100% of Bintegra company.

2018

Solvera Lynx Gmbh was founded in Munich, Germany
